Internal Error Internal Server Error - Certificate .pem does not exist #11

I am getting the following error when i try and send a push...

**Internal Server Error

Certificate http://www.mysite.com/_assets/app/certificates/apns-prod-cert.pem does not exist**

I know the file exists, i.e i can download it when i go to my link.

Is there a step I am missing with this? I uploaded the file via FTP and have it's permissions to 777.

Also, are there any step by step docs on the process we should do things?

It should point to an internal path, not to an external url

ah ok, thanks for the fast reply. _assets/app/certificates/apns-prod-cert.pem seems to try but it times out and gives me a 504 error.

Any idea what i could be doing wrong

http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E504.html is all I know. Also try searching for "apn 504" combo's
