Remove dependency on ext:func #38

In previous versions the "Function" module was used for mass gecode address records. Screenshot_20190330_221353 It is broken in TYPO3 9.5 :-(

I assumed ext:func was not required anymore, because the dependency currently does not exist in composer.json.

If you install ods_osm without Composer you get a problem, that the dependency will not automatically be resolved. The version of ext:func in TER is outdated. https://extensions.typo3.org/extension/func/
