Since it's extremely likely that Jane Doe is the same person as Jane doe, it may be best to make duplicate name detection case sensitive. A warning may be given in these cases to alert the user.

Thank you for raising this issue. If you have carefully read our planned enhancements, we have clearly indicated that in the future iteration, we will be working towards making a person unique in CampusConnect, which in this case, considering how names that appear semantically the same should be acknowledged by our program. However, as of now, due to time constraints, we forgo this current problem we noticed. Moreover, it is very likely that you can have contacts of the exact same name although rare.
