Arm/Disarm message does not appear in MP after move to MavLink 1.0 #429

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload Arducopter 2.6 to quad
2. connect via mission planner
3. arm and disarm motors.  red warning message saying "ARMED" does not appear.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Message should appear (it appears in 2.5.5 and if the 2.6 code is switched back 
to mavlink 0.9)

Fixed by michael o in 1.1.93 of the mission planner.
