RCx_FUNCTION's missing from Mission Planner #473

Mission Planner v1.2.x

The parameters RCx_FUNCTION are missing from the Mission Planner thus not 
allowing servo/camera trigger/tracking to work.

"...In the setup pane, enable the channels that you just connected by setting 
the respective RC5_FUNCTION, RC6_FUNCTION, RC7_FUNCTION and RC8_FUNCTION labels 
to 1 (manual operation)...."

RCx_FUNCTION is now in the latest mission planner
