Add URL that gives success status code, for uptime monitoring #99

So can use with uptimerobot.com. Currently every URL gives a 401, which doesn't work.

Could hit in Dokku deploy check as well?

Can actually just do this with root URL now https://github.com/bobwhitelock/todotxt-ui/issues/79 is done, since this now gives a 200
