Licence missing #1

I'm delighted to see this book (which I only knew as a pdf) in source form on github.

Have you decided on a copyright licence, e.g., CC-BY-SA? It'd be great to be able to send pull requests, etc.

Cheers - sorry for presuming copyleft - I just meant that CC licence as an example.

Which is the licence file?

Ah thanks. BTW you've missed a few references to "THE REGENTS" :)
