Doesn't work in user mode #57

The other modes work fine, but even the most basic user mode fails with "All instances are unreachable. Check your request and try again."

tweets = scraper.get_tweets("JeffBezos", mode='user')

Unfortunately nitter was declared dead by the creator, and slowly all instances will become either rate limited or stop working.
