Refactoring UI

Create a new User Interface using the old one. Enhance the 3D object manipulationg by setting the viewer on 9 column

Todo

[x] Enhance the UI By moving the info/ and comment/ on the right
[x] Moving workspace comment to the left on the main menu
[x] moving add part / assembly and update
[x] Change style of the workspace selector
[x] add specs file (drop down and right click)
[x] add command on specs file
[x] rework front-end for mobile
[x] modifying the comment UI to a SMS iOS style
[x] The native file must be display in specs files with a special tag
[x] command for spec files working
