Per discussion in #proj-backline-deliveries-planning new timeslots will be based on meal names rather than restaurant shift:

Breakfast: 5:00 AM- 10:59 AM Lunch: 11:00 AM- 3:59 PM Dinner: 4:00 PM- 9:00 PM Late Night: 9:00 PM-1:00 AM

@arebe - To cover all the time slots without overlapping can this be corrected to?
