This doesn't quite work yet but I'm getting sucked into other things and I'm hopeful @jugglinmike can provide feedback.

Yo yo yo @tkellen I've fixed the one small problem with this pull request. Really nice work, I'm very impressed with how you were able to add this feature so quickly given your limited experience with the tools, all without a word from me.

I've made a pull request against the API to update the fixture data for this application to include a project without a phase: https://github.com/bocoup/api/pull/142

Would you mind confirming that this now works as you would expect?
