invert font-size for project/phase on main view #84

As the project is the primary identifier, it should be larger than the phase, not the other way around.

Between prefixing projects' names with organization names (gh-41) and adding "billable" information (gh-97), the content of the "card" is changing a lot. I plan on addressing this in context of all the new information once it is in place.
