Thanks, that sounds like a good idea.

Mostly disorganized feedback:

• I feel that there's something missing at the beginning of the intro / landing page. Some high level description of why we're doing this, what it means to test browsers/spec as opposed to testing sites / app (which more people are used to)… Some kind of elevator pitch that doesn't assume much prior or any prior knowledge, that let people understand within a paragraph what this whole site is about, and whether they might be interested in what we're doing here.

• I'm not sure about the difference between https://bocoup.github.io/wpt-docs/ and https://wpt-docs.readthedocs.io/ The content seems to be the same, but https://wpt-docs.readthedocs.io/ has a short navigation section (on the left hand), while https://bocoup.github.io/wpt-docs has a detailed one in a hamburger menu. The short navigation on the left is easy to understand, but missing many things. The long hamburger navigation has everything (?), but is a bit overwhelming, and hamburgers are not terribly discoverable.

• https://wpt-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_writing-tests/general-guidelines.html does not appear in the left-hand navigation. It's pretty important, but can only be found (I think) from a link in https://wpt-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_writing-tests/index.html. It'd be good to include it on the left side as well, probably as a sub-entry of "Writing Tests".

• The "CSS-Specific Requirements" subsection of https://wpt-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_writing-tests/general-guidelines.html isn't compiling correctly, and contains markdown / liquid templates in the output

• It'd be good to have the metadata page listed in the left-hand navigation

• https://wpt-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_writing-tests/submission-process.html is good for people who already know git. For those who don't, it'd be good to link to https://wpt-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_appendix/github-intro.html. Also, there a bunch of markdown / liquid templates in the output.

That's off the top of my head. Thanks for working on making this better, and for asking for feedback.
