Try Hoard #25

Should do some benchmarks and see if linking with libHoard is

  1. feasible
  2. provides a measurable overall speedup

The current checks run almost instantly, and the "target audience's" projects consist mostly of a few files, some checks in the future might prove to be a lot more resource-hungry, where the allocation speedup (if any) could help.

mimalloc could be a better option, but out of scope right now, trying to mix that into the LLVM build
