weird sound when using sound flower 64 channel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Soundflower-1.6.6b on Mountain Lion or upgrade existing OSX
2. route system sounds to sound flower 64 channel
3. Use soundflowerbed to route sound to either speakers or headset

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normal system sound is expected,

with internal speakers there is a clicking sound in the background
with wireless headset all sounds are like they have been run through a cylon 
filter 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Soundflower-1.6.6b on Mountain Lion

Please provide any additional information below.
Routing system sounds to internal speakers or headset instead of soundflower 
produce correct output.
Was working fine on Snow leopard

I also have the same issue. Seems related to sounflowerbed, as the signal is 
routed intact, (recorded with no crackles...) but the monitoring is affected by 
noise.
