jnaerator could put dll in a better place for bridj #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. jnaerator-0.9.8-shaded.jar -noRuntime -runtime BridJ foo.h foo.dll
2. Use generated code in foo.jar with bridj-0.5.jar
3. Dll is attempted to load from non-existent path org/bridj/lib/win32.  Actual 
path jnaerator puts dll in jar: libraries/win64

Hello,

Thanks for your report, this is a very good remark !
I think I'll rather modify BridJ to accept org/bridj/lib/xxx and libraries/xxx 
(for backwards compatibility), stay tuned !
