Ignore .gitignore files #12

Is there a way to hide files matching .gitignore files list in the current directory ? It would be very usefull to improve file searching in a folder.

Really great extension, I was so sad that it was not possible to open a file with the command Palette.

That would be a great feature to have, I'll put it on the todo list.
