Add exhaustive exploration of qpAdm models #54

Something I've been meaning to work on for a long time is a more complete and robust implementation of the qpAdm framework. I have done some exploratory work on this, but never finished it. It seems that a recent preprint by Harney et al. is just the push I needed to finally do this.

Lots of clever ideas, not just about the best way to explore and select qpAdm models.
