Added a collapsible tool menu that includes the following:

Togglable collapsible menu to hide controls from view
Control ambient light intensity (slider)
Control direct light intensity (slider)
Control light direction (custom circular div with gradient shading)
Reset lighting to default settings
Leave light on when collapsing the menu

Accessibility, tool tips etc will be added to another PR.
