Handle screen resize #37

Need to add a handler for screen resizing, at the moment the renderer intersection doesn't update again until the viewer is moved.

I saw this bug the other day, but couldn't figure out what caused it.

Seems to be fixed now we are loading in images through OSD. Closing.
