Rethink lighting tool menu #91

The layout isn't intuitive and the light directions and types of light need reworking. It needs to be simple to use like the sphere and it cannot be free floating in the overlay because we have to drag canvas around. I think I should work on exposing polar angle (phi), azimuth (theta), and the 'radius' (distance). These would allow us to take full control of the light direction etc.

Although this needs to be done, we really need user testing first and also we need to continue adding in experimental features so that people can see what is possible first.

Menu has been updated to be more logical. On QA for testing.
