[x] name-of-conference is being displayed in forms
[x] location is being displayed in forms
[x] start-date is being displayed in forms
[x] finish-date is being displayed in forms
[] journal/ proceedings is not being displayed in forms

The proceedings are present in the object display page, but there's no field in

I think this is a form bug only. As such, please raise in the Pre-Go-Live board. I'm closing here otherwise

@tobypitts leaving open until you confirm. I think the correct values are crosswalking in both directions and this is a form bug, but I'll wait for your confirmation
