Copy change for "0 things" case on Collection #54

"Collections without item-level metadata should not display "0" things, but should say "Unknown Number of Items in Collection" -- (http://gfs-oxford-explorer.herokuapp.com/collections/ash-kish-excavations )"

I think maybe it sounds worse to say 0 than "we're not sure" or similar.

"There are about 0 things about "telegraph equipment" across Oxford." --> "It's hard to know how many things there are about 'telegraph equipment' across Oxford, because we don't have digital metadata for everything."

Maybe, if we don't know an item count, but there are collections (and they have counts for things) we could just use count of things across collections...
