"View this collection in the visualiser" links need a target

(so you don't load it and just see the top of the homepage, but get popped down to the selected menu and the vis with spotlight)

OK - I've made it jump down to the vis/spotlight if you hit the homepage with a valid query string. That means it'll update for

• jumping from the mapette
• returning to a link you've copy/pasted from it.
