Sorry. Sure! The idea is to avoid repetition. “svg” appears in the name; “parser” appears in the categories; and about “dom” I’m not sure why this might be necessary.

I don't see the harm of repetition when it helps discoverability. The crates on crates.io can be browsed by keyword in which case neither the crate name nor the crate category are factored in.

currently this crate is not listed under https://crates.io/keywords/svg
currently this crate is not listed under https://crates.io/keywords/parser
and since this crate lets you build an SVG Document Object Model (DOM), I think it should also be listed under https://crates.io/keywords/dom
