Hey can I please know what to do with this? Actually I really wanna convert Gif/Webm totgs for making some telegram stickers.. I found this but I really dont know what to do:(

You don't need it anymore, Telegram now supports WebM stickers natively (via /newvideo command in Stickers bot). Just convert GIFs you have to WebM (with ffmpeg or other converters). This tool achieves good results only for tiny or pixel-art GIFs.
