Two fixes attached to improve the TV Show search results dialog. The first limits the search results to english and the language the user has selected on the settings screen (The TVDb API always returns english results + the results for the selected language). The second uses thumbnails for the show banner on the search results page instead of full size images, This makes a big difference to how long it takes to search for tv shows especially of a lot of results are returned.
