Move gulp dependencies to devDependencies. #11

It appears these are used for the build, not at runtime (introduced in https://github.com/bodymovin/lottie-api/commit/d3d05818674d797b257025ec2046a5280caea08f)

Moving these to devDependencies reduces the install weight of this package dramatically.
