multi-process support #1

Hi

This pull request is for adding a new option to the MICA config file which is useful for multi-process binaries. Please read the bottom of the README file for more information.

Great job, thanks for the pull request!

I'll have to make one adjustment though...

The MICA release that includes there adjustments will be v0.4, not v0.33, since I consider the multi-process support to be a significant new feature. :)
