Meeting time message while creating a challenge #336

The meeting time is every week on the first day of the challenge. We like to prefer wednesday but nothing in the interface points to that. So a sentence should be added why we prefer wednesday.

Isn't this better done in a mail to the supervisor(s)? Especially if we scale for different audiences, this could be a little weird function.
