I absolutely have no idea how to fix that. I use the UnityEngine Graphics.DrawMesh method and I only provide the building mesh and material. I don't know why a sprite is added to the rendering, it doesn't even seems to come from the provided building mesh nor material.
Maybe If i could replicate...
Maybe it is related to the name of the preview game object?
