I can't reproduce this issue. Try to check this site without extensions with one uBO that has default settings (which subscriptions are you subscribed to at all?). PS: Didn't that solve your problem? https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/issues/11009 This issue was reported 10 hours ago, click on update all uBO lists.

Short Answer: Purge all caches and Updating the lists fixed the issue.

At first, I tried to reproduce it using Windows Sandbox but I was unable to reproduce it, then I disabled all my extensions and tried but also that was not helpful even a browser restart didn't fix the problem, but as you said a list update was the solution before that a cache purge was necessary because the "Update now" button was grayed out.
