Trying to download any file from there will display anti adblocker message.

Well, as soon as you fill out the report form you deleted about the problem site, then maybe I will help. You didn't provide anything that could reproduce your problem. I haven't grown up yet for divination on the coffee grounds. I do not know either the FULL (with the downloaded file) problematic link from which device you are trying to go to download the file, I don't even know what kind of ad blocker you use.
