Code Splitting and Prefetching resources

We can benefit from this by splitting not so common pages of the webapp and prefetching common resources eagerly.

Code Split:

• [ ] Calendar
• [ ] Authors
• [ ] Raags
• [ ] 404 page
• [ ] Maybe SGGS as it's too bulky. After first load, it'll be in sw cache anyway

Prefetch

• [ ] Next and previous ang in SGGS.
• [ ] Nitnem Baanies
