ARP crashing patches #229

Not sure the issue, I am mostly a newb, but over and over ARP has crashed my current patching.

I have included a log text from a recent crash. Thanks immensely for the terrific modules and the continued support of those same modules.

Unlikely to be a related issue, but I found that in hold mode, holding one note and then adding more and more until (probably 16) different notes have been pressed the ARP module has an error and VCV rack crashes. The code contains an assert() which is the likely culprit. This is only a problem in hold more, of course, you cannot add more than 16 notes through normal polyphony.

Fixed in release 2.4.44, out on the VCV library.
