Hi,

I would like to try this for the metaxcan results. If rhoge.gw function has a little more detail on the format of the summary file it requires, it will be useful for the community. For now the help message of the function gives me no information.

Hi Veera,

Thanks for showing interesting in our software. Right now the functions expect data and column names to correspond to FUSION output. I can update RHOGE functions to take named arguments indicating the columns of interest to provide more flexibility with analyses from other softwares.

A quick workaround in the meantime would be to relabel the columns for your data to those from FUSION. Specifically, "FILE", "ID", "CHR", "P0", "P1", "HSQ", "TWAS.Z", "TWAS.P". The link above provides a description for each.

Cheers, Nick
