Support for new API in Deluge v2.. #269

Deluge v2 has a new API, and no compatibility layer, so the extension no longer works with it. Is there any prospect of an update to address this, as I've come to love this facility very quickly!

Strange - I tried again to capture the error message, and it worked this time - so I guess there's no change required...
