Only selected direction per line #15

Make it possible to select one direction per line. For instance: for bus 629 only show direction 1 and for train 28R only show direction 2

When this option is used and the direction setting has a value merge these together so that you get one list.

Rationale: There is a need to only show the transports "in to town" and some lines have different settings for direction "in to town"

Implementation idea:

Call the new setting for 'linedirections'.
Detect "in to town" = we have linedirections set and direction has a value
When adding departures in node_helper see if we have a "in to town" setting.
- Set all found departures that matches linedirections to the value of direction

Fixed in branch InToTown that is now merged with master. Making a 1.1 release.
