Please integrate the app to Weblate, Crowdwin, Transifex or Localise.com. This will significantly simplify translation.
The hosted.weblate has some anoying pre-moderation for FOSS projects. You may try the Weblate hosted on Codeberg https://translate.codeberg.org/projects/
The Weblate and Crowdwin also allows to translate the Fastlane app description which is also important.
