Fork uhthomas' cmd/login. #21

This is a mostly pristine copy of github.com/uhthomas/tesla cmd/login package.

I've also brought over ./auth.go and put it in the main package, then removed the package references in https://github.com/bogosj/tesla/pull/21/commits/5129523d148116e6298827726933dda3c79ab729.

golangci reporting issues, going to ignore for now and clean up in the future.
