Possible improvement in the setup instructions #2

If not working on an EMBL's BAND Platform, the last line in the Setup instructions reads: "3. Set up your environment, if necessary (see below)"

I am not sure I find the "below" referred to. I did however find the nice setup script in the code though. A small pointer to that one may be useful.

( In case you wish to give more info on how to set up a micromamba/conda env., here's a repo of a friend of mine which gives a bit more details. )

Now that the course is done, I think I'll move the EMBL/BAND specific instructions elsewhere, and put the "real" setup on the README.
