Google Drive Permission Insert Query missing optionals #73

There is not way to set the optional parameters:
'emailMessage' and 'sendNotificationEmails' 

for the Permissions Insert Query (currently only 
queryForPermissionsInsertWithObject:fileId: exists which does not touch these 
optionals)

All of the properties on the query are listed:

The queryFor* method just take the required parameters.  Once you get back an 
object, you can set whatever optional properties you need.
