Torrent miss its saved dirctory information and turn to pause status!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download torrent(manual and autodl) and save in specification folder such as 
~/download/Movie/
2. Everything is fine while torrent start downloading, after finish the torrent 
turn to pause on sudden.
3. The save directory data is missing from torrent, you have to change 
torrent's save location again then restart the torrent to seed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is... 3.2 svn update to r1708
2. My rTorrent version is... 0.8.6 and 0.8.9
3. Apache and Ubuntu 10.04 TLS
4. Using Firefox

Don't forget to restart rtorrent after update from svn.
