ROS package for reading continuous data output of the SICK S300 Professional laser scanner. Supports both the old (v.1.02) and the new (v.1.03) protocol
I've originally updated and published this package back in 2014 but have changed jobs since then. Most importantly, I don't have access to an S300 Pro laser scanner anymore and can therefore not keep maintaining this package. However, instead of archiving the code, I'd rather have someone else continue the development/maintenance.
If someone is actively using an S300 Pro and is interested in taking this responsibility, I'll gladly transfer the project ownership. Just let me know.
