Only 1 and 5 are clickable links.

Yep, others aren't. My fault. Won't fix. ;-)

Shouldn't they be links or commented out entirely so no one wonders why the links don't work?

I do know I should re-work the site somehow and probably one day I will do this. I somehow got stuck with it and lost motivation to do anything about it at all: the original plan for the following parts didn't work out technically, then plenty of customization tricks got out of date (because upstream fixes or updates arrived), and so forth. If my terrible attitude isn't otherwise destructive, please just try to ignore the thing for a while yet. ;-)
