Add 'PragmataPro Mono' as a TT instructed font to `90-tt-fonts-misc.conf` #160

Currently, FSD offers PragmataPro and PragmataPro Mono. The difference is that PragmataPro Mono is a 'simpler' font, e.g. it does not contain any ligatures. However, it should still be considered as a TT instructed font and not autohinted.

I propose that it is added to 90-tt-fonts-misc.conf along with PragmataPro and Essential PragmataPro.
