SECTION ACCESS NOT APPLIED?

Hi Bohua,

I just ran a report using your OnDemand button. The customer I was logged into Qlik as has Section Access applied to them so that in Qlik, they can see only 1 customer. Yet, if I select a date on our Work Orders sheet and then click the OnDemand button, the NPrinting report that returns is for ALL customers, proving that section access is NOT being applied (even though it IS applied in Qlik Sense). Is it possible to have section access applied, or do I have to create a different NPrinting report for each customer? I can't think of any other solution at this point.

I have determined that this is in fact NOT the case. Section Access IS being applied. Be aware, when attempting to test this, even if you are logged into Qlik Sense as a test account with lesser permissions with Section Access being applied, when you go to the sheet that has the OnDemand button, there is a hidden authentication pop-up that may log you into NPrinting as your default account (in my case an Admin account). This is why I wasn't seeing Section Access applied even though I was logged into Qlik Sense as a lesser test account. I found how to make this authentication pop-up visible through the Internet Security Options, and was able to successfully log into NPrinting as the lesser test account and see that Section Access was in fact applied.
