Search - Project skills filters #3

When filtering projects by a skill in the project it will return no results. The logic is identical to searching job postings by a skill but does not work for projects

This bug only happens when there is ONE project. Also when there was one project it said there were 5 search results

Ok that's good it only occurs when there is one project. There can be some interesting results when there is only one of something.. when I last touched it it seemed like reindexing more often fixed that issue though. We could probably close this issue.
