Publish option when leaving edit post dialog and inside edit post dialog are confuse #31

When leaving edit post dialog user must select Publish, No, or Save. Inside
edit post dialog, user can select publish as yes or no (draft). So, it is
strange to select "publish = no (draft)" and have to use "publish" when
leaving the dialog. In fact, inside dialog, publish could be changed to
"status".
