Can't upload pictures to own hosted blog #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create new post
2. Add text + image
3. Publish

Getting message "Impossible to upload "filename". Try again."
However it works just fine when I try to publish text only.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.9.1 on S60 3rd (Nokia e71)

Please provide any additional information below.
This is an own hosted blog.
I have no problem uploading text+image to a "name.wordpress.com" blog.

Edit:
It seems it doesn't upload the picture, but instead links it to my phone 
(local).

Solved:

It was mod_security in apache that caused the error

mod_security.
